Reliability Officer

We’re currently seeking a proactive and passionate Reliability Officer to join our Maintenance & Engineering team at our Wetherill Park site.In this critical role, you'll be a key driver in shifting our maintenance culture from reactive and preventative to predictive and proactive, enabling long-term operational reliability and equipment optimisation across the site.Your new role will include:Lead and support continuous improvement in maintenance practices and cultureDevelop and implement Reliability Centred Maintenance strategiesReview and update asset structures, maintenance plans, and equipment BOMsEstablish and manage a condition monitoring program aligned with failure modesFacilitate cross-functional teams and lead problem-solving (RCAs) for reliability issuesEnhance inventory accuracy, critical spare audits, and cost-saving initiativesAct as the key liaison between Production and Maintenance on reliability mattersAbout UsEstablished in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels.Driven by our purpose of ‘Enriching lives through wholesome food’, we are committed to creating innovative products for our customers whilst also having a positive impact on our community and environment.Our leading-edge manufacturing processes and dedicated team produce high quality food products across a range of fresh categories and sales channels.Employing over 600 staff across two processing sites in Western Sydney, we pride ourselves on an inclusive culture based on family values.About youWe are looking for an experienced Reliability Officer who enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same.  You are an excellent communicator and possess strong decision-making skills.  Your ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes will see you thrive in this fast-paced role!To be successful in the role you will bring:Trade Certificate or Engineering DegreeExperience with maintenance strategy development in a CMMS (SAP preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Word.Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance backgroundExperience in formal problem-solving methods.High attention to detail and organisational rigourWhy join BE Campbell?At BE Campbell, you’ll join a values driven organisation where people come first.
