New Product Development Manager

About the RoleReporting to the General Manager Product Quality and Design, the NPD Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of new product development for the BEC Group. This position will also effectively manage, mentor and develop the R&D Team of 5.Your new role will include:Leading, mentoring and developing 5 direct reports.Project managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring processing, labelling and specifications are correct and compliant with current processing capabilities and legislation.Leading R&D concepts, development, costings, trials, launches and post reviews.Leading Strategic Planning for Innovation PipelineKeeping abreast of food market trends, new packaging formats and technologies as well as equipment to ensure competitive advantageManaging all functions of new product development process for the BEC Group. Ensure all new and existing value added products meet BEC quality standards & systems requirementsMaintains technical expertise in sourcing and understanding ingredients. About UsEstablished in 1969, BE Campbell are celebrating our 50th Anniversary.
